Patrick Farrey – Tamarack Fairways HOA Board of Directors-President. As President, Pat's job is to ensure that the Board is operating as a cohesive unit, each Director responding to homeowner needs as appropriate. In his 4 years in this position he has had the great privilege of getting to know the Board members and many of the homeowner-neighbors, in both good and “challenging” situations. We have great people living in Tamarack Fairways. He encourages us all to make a point of getting to know our neighbors better. Kelly Erdmann - Tamarack Fairways HOA Board of Directors-Treasurer and Website Chairperson. Kelly has lived in the neighborhood for 3.5 years with her husband Randy and their two bassett hounds, Kelsey and Gabby. Kelly's responsibilities as Treasurer are to maintain accurate financial records, ensure HOA dues are collected and recorded in a timely fashion, send delinquent notices, pay open HOA bills and report financial updates at all association meetings. Peter Kohl - Tamarack Fairways HOA Board of Directors-Neighborhood Beautification
Michael Keen - Tamarack Fairways HOA Board of Directors-Architectural Committee Chair. Michael has lived in the neighborhood for 6 years with his wife, Colleen, and 5 girls. He is heading up the Architectural and Beautification Committee. The purpose of this group is to ensure that future building projects, renovations, additions, upgrades, backyard projects, etc. are in compliance with established covenants and bylaws. In short, the committee wants to make sure that our neighborhood looks fantastic and is up to the standards established by all of you! Their goal is to be very transparent when partnering with you through this process, to be timely in response, and work with you as neighbors. Yvonne Mlecko - Tamarack Fairways HOA Newsletter Chairperson. Yvonne has volunteered to work on the Tamarack Turf Newsletter. She put out the Tamarack newsletter many years ago and edited the Lisle Chamber of Commerce Newsletter for seven years. She currently resides in Tamarack Fairways. As she begins to gather material for the next newsletter she would appreciate it if you would notify her about upcoming events, anything of interest to the residents of our subdivision and especially any project you have been working on.
